What is remote support? A technician can take over your screen and attempt to fix your issue.  All you need is a working internet connection and a small program downloaded from the right side of this page.



Is it secure? Yes this is 100% secure. You will see everything the technician is doing. Once you disconnect after the repair is done we cannot connect again until you authorize us. The program that you download is temporary.

A remote control program called Team Viewer will attempt to temporarily install. Please click yes or run to any prompts you may receive. Once the program is installed you will provide a session ID and password to the technician.
